- I use a sliding scale in which mediations range from a nominal cost to around $100 per hour including preparation time. A typical mediation will require two to four hours.
- Business mediations cost $140 per hour, starting at $280 and up.

No my services do not include court filings which are up to the disputants and their attorney's. In many cases, including most personal disputes, court filings are unnecessary.
